BES Not picking up BBM email invites

Hello,

Blackberry messenger invites by email, are not getting picked up by the BES / Blackberry.

The invite comes into the inbox and just sits there.... it does not appear as an invite in BBM.

Normally BBM or the BES would pick this email up and process it as an invite?

Is there a problem with my BES?

I'm running 5.0.4

verify the logs on the bes server, recycle mailboxstore service

which log file?

I tried restarting the whole server, it didnt make any difference..

BBM invites should be sent as PIN messages, not as emails, whenever possible. It is possible to use email to invite people, but this sometimes fails (as in your case).

Please ask the sender to use PIN to send invites.

Ok... but there has to be a way to fix this... it never used to happen.
