Which version of BES are you refereing to?
Are you refering to BES 5 (Argon )?
There is the BES RK for v4.1 which you could use to do such things and probably wrap the BES USer Admin service some how to do such commands?
I do not know if there is API open for BES 4.1

Thanks.
Pair questions:
1) Why i cannot run Blackberry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool (BES UAT) on the same computer that runs the BES?
(i readed documentation and know requirements, but not undestand the nesessary)
2) Must client part of BES UAT run in same domain that runs BES and BES UAT too?
I have several BES ver. 4.1.5.24. Each BES run in own domain. And each of BES must have automatic administration.
I don't like idea that for each of BES must have individual computer for administrating.
