how can i delete the field "domain" for the users Traveler account? I can't set it to blank in the Email Profile Configuration. The Field is provisioned with the internal Active Directory domain, which lets the Traveler not working properly.

Yes, DHungate has the right of it - That's exactly the steps RIM walked me through to get ours up and running. Note that this has to be done for each user to setup, currently there is no way to make it a default policy.
