As of now we are using Trial Gold BES10 CAL only. But why I am experiencing this problem

Are they gold licenses for BlackBerry or non - blackberry ? There is a difference.

 

Also what activation type do you use for your devices?

Initailly I have followed this link (https://www.blackberry.com/eBES/trialOrderEntryForm.do). and registerd. After that I have installed BES by giving the Trail Gold CAL. Now I am using Blackberry Device Service to control BB10 devices.

 

Now I believe that this is gold license for Blackberry . Is it right?

 

Activation:

 

In BB10 device, Settings>Email, Contacts, Calendar> Entered maild>Entered Activation password> Blackberrry balance enabled. I am using data connection(3G) to complete this.

 

This is the activation process that I followed

Hi, Post a screenshot of your licenses from the blackberry management studio. You can then see if you have a gold blackberry license and for SWS. Also, when you activate the device you should have an activation option called 'Personal and Work - Regulated'. This gives you access to control both personal and work. Can't remember if you can disable BBM and the others you want as I don't have access to the console right now.

OK, you have blackberry gold licenses available so the policy assigned should work. Show me a screenshot of the IT policy for your users with the rules you setup for BBM etc.

Hi,

 

Do you see a record of the policy being pushed? This is in the BAS under 'Manage deployment job tasks'.

 

The EMWS is the component used to push the policies to the device so I'd check the service to make sure it's running. Also the EMWS logs to see if anything is being pushed to the user devices. You can also check the event viewer application logs.
