we are running a BES 10 server and have traded up some of our BES5 licences.
we have done this twice over the last few weeks and each time the server has after a time removed them and reverted to the evaluation CAL.
has anyone any ideas?

Can you please verify that the Client Access License itself changes back to the old one? If this is the case, I would recommend contacting email@example.com for assistance with this issue.
