BES5 & GroupWise 8 - file message does not work for user with many cabinet folders

Hi!

one of my users cannot file messages to any cabinet subfolder. On the BlackBerry device the message will be moved to the corresponding folder but there is no sync to the GW mailbox. The user who reported this problem was able to file messages in the past via the handheld device. Other users can file without any problems. The affected user has a very large cabinet folder structure.

Is there a known problem or can somebody give me a hint for this problem? Many thanks in advance!

I cant speak for GW, but with exchange there is a limit at around 256 folders.
