Hello all, my company just installed BES express. I activated my tour through the webdesktop and was able to search remotely. I then had to do a master wipe on the device becasue i could not search the web at all. i was getting 400 and 500 errors. I reactivated my devise but now i can no longer do remote search. they are useing the default policy when they installed it. Also note that i can search web now. Also note that when activating, my device had problem with the address book initial sync. but seems to be working now. Any suggestions?
