Hi

 

We are testing BlackBerry Enterprise Instant Messaging with Lync 2010.

We have Exchange 2010 SP2 and BES 5.0.4 MR1.

 

We use linked mailbox on Exchange with external trust.

 

If SamAccountName Exchange Mailbox <> SamAcountName linked account : We cannot connect to client BES Colloaboration

 

If SamAccountName Exchange Mailbox = SamAcountName linked account : We can connect and use client BES Colloaboration

 

 

It will be difficult to modify all SamAccountName...

 

Is there any issue to connect with UPN ainsteed of SamAccountName ?

Is there any issue to connect client BES Colloaboration if SamAccountName Exchange Mailbox <> SamAcountName linked account ?
