BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 License Trade Up - Customer information not correct

I am unable to upgrade my old BES licenses to BES 10 due to incorrect customer information.

When I enter the correct the name and address information I still get the following error:

Is there any Blackberry support number that I can contact?
