Blackberry Bold; Calender Sync problems

I am hoping someone can lend some assistance. I have a user who has a blkberry  Bold. Her problem is that she is not seeing her calender entries in Outlook when adding from her blackberry. She is able to see calender entries from outlook on her blackberry.  I spoke to Blackberry support and they suggested I check settings in exchange & well as 5.0.  The user says that this is a new phone also she is the only one out of 400+ with the problem.  Besides concidering she has a lemon any ideas?

Since this affects only one user can you try wiping the phone and re-activating the user?

Hi ,

 

Can you verify in OWA , if she is able to see calendar entry that she done from BB , the problem come from the outlook profile on her desktop.

 

You must delete and re-create it !
