Blackberry Dispatcher doesn't start



I have BES 10.1 with Exch 2007 and yeserday ant night stoped the dispatcher service and today I try to start it up and won't start.


On the windows event viewer tell


[BIPPe] WARNING: Using default BIPP shared secret. Original EventId=20608

BlackBerry Dispatcher started. Original EventId=50098

BES is not authorized. Original EventId=50018

Stopping BlackBerry Dispatcher. Original EventId=50105

[SRP] Dispatcher\SRP Connection established. Original EventId=50096

Dispatcher Database connection dropped. Original EventId=50108

[SRP] Dispatcher\SRP Connection dropped, Error=0, Reason=-6 Session stopping. Original EventId=50097

BlackBerry Dispatcher Shutdown complete. Original EventId=50099


Do you know why? Is the trial end?

Thank you for your question regarding the BlackBerry Dispatcher not starting.


Those event do look like your trial SRP might be expired. The best way to find out would be to check the DISP log in the below location.


C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10\Logs


You would see a log line like this:


[50018] (04/17 18:59:55.064):{0x129C} Evaluation Period has expired, shutting down
