Blackberry Migration

Forum need you help,

We have just upgraded our bes from 4.1 to 5.0 with 400+ users. My question is, can we move all users with out them having to  re-enter an activation password? I am trying to find a way around this so that my dept doesn't get flooded with phones. The way I see it the less the end user knows the less headache on my end. Any suggestions would be GREATLY Appreciated.

Re: Blackberry Migration

Enterprise Transporter?

So you "upgraded" ... how'd you upgrade?  From the sound of your explanation you didn't upgrade but rather installed another copy of BES.
