CALs not saving

Hi,

 

I've got a problem with a client BES. When adding new CALs, they are accepted but 'drop off' after a day or so. The same CAL can be readded and is accepted again no issues (i.e. not message tell us that the key has already been used), but the same thing happens again.

 

Any ideas?

I have not seen this.

 

I dont think anyone here will be able to assist with CAL problems.

@Musen 5.0.1 AFAIK

 

@knottyrope I'm not sure if it is a CAL problem as opposed to a BES/BAS problem as the CALs are accepting when they are entered and then being dropped. I was concerned that it would be a database issue. I will ask in CAL forums in any case.
