Hello, I am the BES Admin for my company and testing out some of the features before rolling out.
I have the Z10 on Verizon Wireless.
The issue I have is that when I open work drives and edit a document on the Z10, the changes do not reflect on the server. They simply show a "sync" icon on the file on the Z10. However, if I delete the file, or create a new folder, the changes sync immediately.
Does anyone have any insight on how this can be resolved?

on my device I am able to edit and save files.
Did you test it with different file types? I mean in this way you can sort our any permission issues.
I would recommend to try with a basic .txt file.
I have problems opening empty files. I then receive the error:
"This file cannot be opened. (22)"

Yes, I have tried txt, xls, and doc documents and have the same issue. I have waited over 24 hours for a text file to sync and it never does. Everything else works fine over the BES. I can view the Work Drives files, and I can access local websites in Work browser, but for some reason, saving just doesn't work.
Any other thoughts?

Just got a notification that the new version of Work Drives was available in my Hub, so I moved to Work space, upgraded, and now my files sync immediately.
Chalk it up to the old version.
