Can't forward email with attachment between blackberry Smartphone

Hello,

 

I have a problem with my Blackberry smartphone. They can't forward email with attachment between blackberry Smartphone.

 

I have a server Windows Server 2008 R2 and BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.1 for Novell Groupwise.

 

I have an error in log MAGT but i don't know if this is related : 

 

'Send'  Exception caught. Exception Text: "An error occurred in communication to the SOAP server in "SOAPSendMessageAlgo::sendItem".  Result: -1.
Caught Stacked Exception while inside "SOAPTemplatePattern".".

 

Can help me ?
