i install Mobile with UDS on same serveur.
I open port on my firewall.
And i try activate my iphone 4 on my UDS, i have error message:
Your device cannot be activated at this time. Please try again later or contact your administrator
Where is the file of communication logs ?

default location :\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\Universal Device Service\Logs\Communication
please have a read through the installation and administration guides for UDS to ensure that you have set it up correctly.

When you first enter the MDM URL on the device client, the client will perform a ping and try and hit the communication module. If it can access it then it will present you with Username and Password. If you don't see the username and password screen then it means that:
- iOS device does not have the RootCA if your using an SSL signed by internal CA.
- Port 443 is not open on the firewall
- Communication module is not started in IIS.
The KB posted above should also help identifying where the problem is.
Let us know if you are still having issues activating iOS.
