I'm using BES 10 60 Days Trial.
I've done successfully creating an user in BAS with an activation password and completed EA on z10 device,
but when I try to manage user in BAS, I've found a blank list and got this error message :
The application has encountered a system error. Please report this error to the System Administrator. (EXCEPTION-com.rim.bes.bas.usermanager.FindUsersIn
Need help to solve this problem.

I'm not found any error in BAS Log at the same time when I try to manage user.
Yes, I've got the same error when I try to manage administrative user accounts, and also same error when I try with an alternative Browser.

There is no special characters on my user names.
And a while ago I've try to re-install BlackBerry Device Service and still got the same error.
Thanks for your response and advices, I'll go check my database.

I think My database is fine, when I try to 'export all results', it shows all users in My database.
I think the problem is in My browser settings, I'm using Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3.
My BlackBerry Management Studio is running fine, just the BDS BAS has an error when I try to manage user.
Is there anything necessary that I should configure or install to My computer ?
