Code 2009: 2009 When Trying To Activate iPhone?

We have BES 10.1 running. I have a added a user in UDS and downloaded the BES app to the iPhone. When I try to activate the device with my username and password I just get the error "Code 2009: 2009" and I have to hit OK. I can't find any documentation on this error anywhere. If I purposely type the wrong activation password it gives back an invalid user/password error so it must be communicating.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

It works!
I still had to fill in the license cal.
Go to studio. Licence.
Add your cal and try again!!

Thanks, I suspected it was a license thing. A nice error message would be good. We are purchasing a license now, we have a tonne of the non uds licenses but none for uds.

if you look to the log of uds/comm you see: ","Your device cannot be activated because the maximum number of licenses was reached. Please contact your administrator.",

Re: Code 2009: 2009 When Trying To Activate iPhone?

Any solution for this? I have the same situation.

In log file:

ERROR,"2013-06-06 15:12:03,656",41,0,"24dfa6c7-1051-4f83-8e3b-855f7881f903","BaseClient.UpdateResource error.

and then

'Message: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'

I don't even know what 'remote server' it is.
