Deployed Application Download Error on Z10

Hello, I have an application for tests and deployed it to my Z10 device. All went fine, the app is available to download in BB World for Work as an optional enterprise app as expected.

When I try to download and install the app it shows me "Error when downloading" (or similar, translated from german). The bar shows me the z10 downloads the 184KB, but then failes when starting the installation. The app works in the simulator.

Has anyone an idea what the reason is or some hints where to look for?

Thanks, Ralf

Re: Deployed Application Download Error on Z10

Wiping the work space only and re-add the work space can cause a download issue:

Whole device should be wiped instead.

Re: Deployed Application Download Error on Z10

I had this problem.

It was either --

a) Not running the latest version of the WebWorks tools, or

b) Not having an "id" attribute in the "widget" element in config.xml.

Re: Deployed Application Download Error on Z10

We signed the app and then I could install it.
