Device & Outlook Calendar Time difference

Hi,

 

i have BES 5.0 with exchange 2003 sp 2 with 50 users. one of my user reported that whenever he puts appointment in device calendar it appears 1 hour earlier in outlook and if he puts on outlook it appears 1 hour later in device calendar.

 

i have checked the time difference on BES server & exchange and it is synched with LOCAL NTP. I am not seeing any option to set on bes administration site.

 

can any one help please?

Hi, Apologies, it was user's mistake who set the time source blackberry. it is resolved. :smileyhappy:
