Device to Server Communication

This might be a stupid question.... but I want to be able to create an app and send data from my phone back to my office. Do i need a blackberry server to do this? Also... is there a solution that allows me to do this without internet being enabled on my phone? Any thoughts ideas?

Re: Device to Server Communication

i have a small survey that i will be asking people. I want to be able to fill it out and send it back to my office. But, i don't have a data/internet plan. So i thought maybe there was a  way to send the serialized survey response through the network without using the internet.
