I was trying to restore Old (more than one year) EV Archived Mails (Enterprise Vault) to an Exchange 2007 mailbox.
Then i could see that the restored e-mails have been pushed to the Blackberry Device (Because the EV Archive Mail Shortcuts have been deleted from the mailbox)
So I would like to not sync these old e-mails.
I have tried to Disable Redirection, Restore Archived Mails and then Re-Enable Redirection to device. but all new e-mails between disabling and enabling redirection have not been synchronized. I have tried to manually reconcile and even force resync using ALT+CNFG. Mails still not synchronized
1. Is it normal ? Just disabling redirection, send/receive some mail, re-enabling redirection and not able to sync sent/received e-mails ?
2. Is it a way to solve this behaviour ?
I'm rockin the BlackBerry Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook, BlackBerry Wireless Headset HS-700

are you using IMAP to restore them? if yes then not much you can do cept mark prior read if you can do that too all messages
or when resotring, use a subfolder

Enterprise Vault restore Archived Mails through MAPI on the Exchange Server.
So BES 5.0 notice new(old) emails and Redirected them to the Device.
