Domino User is receiving a Draft email in his Trash folder since we have activate his BlackBerry

I have a problem with a new user that have been recently activated in BES.


We use Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.0 and Lotus Notes 8.5. Since we have activated the user in the BB servers he is receiving an empty Draft email in his trash folder. The email is empty, no sender, no subject, just an empty draft with the date and it is appearing directly in Trash.

I have cheked the properties of the document and it is created by the BB server. The user receives about 5 or 6 of this drafts every day.

I have cheked the logs and I can not see anything strange. I have also removed the state database, wiped the device, recreated the account in a different BB server, but still the same.

Could you help, please?
