Hi,
We was try to update with the last patch. But it was 1427 error. WE was try to reinstall the old version 5.0.3 but the webconsole is unavailble.
BAS-AS and BAS-NCC services is up but 443 port doesn't response. And (with netstat) I have not this ports open : 48858, 48857, 48855, 45588
I found files for HOSTNAME_BAS-NCC_DATE_XXXX.txt but not for HOSTNAME_BAS-AS_DATE_XXXX.txt.
In C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\\BAS\JBoss\ejb\bin\BAS-AS_err.log
I found it :

Sorry, but which patch have you tried to install exactly? Also, check the installation log. Did it happen during the DB upgrade?

Hi,
When I try to update to 5.0.4. I have an error message 1723.
In install_log.txt, I found this message :

It looks like you have some dodgy or half installed Java version. Try to un-install Java and then try the installation again, see details here:
