Community,
BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.3 SP3 MR1
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
Issue:
Since implementation, we have have had an increase in reports of generated duplicates in a BlackBerry user's calendar.
These duplications are only on the Black berry devices and do not synchronize to their configured Exchange mailbox calendars.
To help troubleshoot this situation/scenario, we have attempted all conventional, posted, device end resolutions to stop the duplications from forming. All attempts have failed.
What's Happening: (Affecting most users) When a newly activated user creates a new calendar invite, appointment, the entree duplicates. The original entree will synchronize correctly with Exchange but not the duplicate. Both entrees display different message IDs.
We feel this maybe server communication side but none of the latest MRs address this issue specifically.
Any aid is much appreciated.

CDO version? Exchange SP and RU version?
I would update CDO, apply BES MR8 and then enable EWS for calendar.
What version CDO.DLL is installed on BES?
CDO 1.2.1 from here
