E-mail Synchronisation

I work for a small company based in the UK who has 3 Blackberry's.

Our problem is that we would like to synchronise our e-mails between our handsets and desktops and vice versa. The problem being that I have been informed this is only possible in 2 ways

  1. Purchase Blackberry Enterprise Server which is not a cost effective for a small business like ours right now
  2. Plug our handsets into our desktops and use Blackberry Desktop Manager.

Is there not another way to perform this synchronisation or is there a company which provides this service enabling us to pay  for the service without outlaying the lump sum upfront?

Re: E-mail Synchronisation

You can get BPS for free and purchase 2 cals for about 200.00 USD.

You can install it onto your mailserver too.

If you do not have a mail server, GoDaddy has BES enabled accounts.
