We are using BES 5 in prod. We installed BES10 for tests on another server.
I removed a user from the BES5 server and add it to the BES10. Now when I do the Enterprise Activation, I receive the email with the attachement ETP.DAT, but it stays in the Inbox and the smartphone wont activate.
