I am unable to edit the MAPI profile. I am logged in as the BESADMIN Account but when i try to edit teh profile i get the following error message "The MAPI subsystem cannot be correctly initialized and used. Please make sure MAPI is installed and configured properly.
I downloaded and installed the latest ExchangeMapiCdo and am running RES Express 5.0.3 MR1 and Exchange 2010
Any help would be appreciated.

What server OS are you running?

Sorry forgot to include that, Server 2008 R2 for both Exchange and BES

i had followed the links provided as well I ended up having to run a reinstall/repair of the BES software. Mail is flowing again.

Also if you gave BESadmin too many rights you wont be able to create it
Double check permission according to this
