Email Subfolder messages

Hi there,

I was wondering if some could kindly assist me please.

My colleague has a Blackberry 8900 and a BES account is assigned to it. My colleague has a number of subfolders setup within his Inbox via Outlook 2003 client. He also has a number of rules that direct particular messages to these subfolders.

He can see these messages on his Blackberry, however when he reads the message in Outlook the message does not display as read on his Blackberry device. I have attempted a Reconcile now with no luck. Is there an option I am missing somewhere?

Look forward to your response.

Thanks

Re: Email Subfolder messages

Does reconciliation work for message that remain in the inbox?

Are these subfolders in the actual mailbox? Not a PST?

Re: Email Subfolder messages

Hi Cereal, Thanks for the response to this message. However you can now ignore and close this message as on further inspection now the user is in the office the email messages in question were indeed located in a PST Folder.

Thanks

Re: Email Subfolder messages

For those who might be reading this and wondering why it matters that it is a .PST file, is that your BlackBerry does not have the ability to see .PST folders as it only reads your exchange mailbox and the folders that are selected inside of it.
