We have activated 2 new devices on the BDS server. The activation was successful and the SIM are working properly but oddly enough 2 things aren't making any sense:
1. The phone number associated with the device is not showing up in BDS Admin console.
2. The emails are not showing up on the hub area but the calendars are ok.
We are planing to deploy Z10 accross our business and this isn't looking good... Please help!

check work-account settings.
Is there any error message displayed?
On the device:
Can you see the BlackBerry icon on the top right corner, next to the mobile network signal?
Can you try to do a address lookup on device (compose a new mail).

Thanks for replying.
If I go in the Blackberry Balance settings there are no errors deployed.
If I go in About Blackberry Balance, I can see the name of the policy that we are all using.
The Blackberry sign is showing at the top right of the phone.

Did you set up a mail profile and enable it for the user?
What mail server type?

Yes I did. The mail profile is with an Exchange Server with Active Sync. The devices has exactly the same Policy, Profile has the other working ones.
Speaking with my mobility provider, we will replace the SIM and see if it makes a difference.
The fact that the phone number is not showing on the SIM (Settings/About/SIM Card) is so strange and I am really wondering why this would affect the activation on the BDS.
