Encrypted message

Hi,

I have an problem with opening an encrypted message from GlobalSign.  The error message is " This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device".  I'm able to view this email in Outook 2003.  Is their a Policy in BES that I need to enable to view encrypted messages on a Blackberry?  Thank you.

Does BES or device have the cert installed for it?

Yes, I have imported the Root CA for GlobalSign to the BES and Blackberry device.

Re: Encrypted message

I am assuming S/MIME is on the device? Do you have your private key on the device as well? Is S/MIME processing turned on at the BES level?
