Exchange Web Services calendar problem

[ Edited ]

Hi all:

Environment:

Windows 2003 GC // Exchange 2007 SP2 (1 HUB, 1 CAS) // BES 5.0.3mr7 on Windows 2008 SP2 x86

After implementing the requisites for EWS calendar post 5.0.3 upgrade I note errors on a single mailbox.  It's the sort of mailbox I never want to see anything other than "I'm great! Everything is peachy!"

First, I saw this in CALH:

[30587] (06/28 07:54:51.774):{0x26E4} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::FilterChangeNotification - COM Exception: Code = 80131501, WCode = 0000, Code meaning = Unknown error 0x80131501, Source = <none>
[30588] (06/28 07:54:51.774):{0x26E4} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::FilterChangeNotification -    Description = <none>
[30587] (06/28 07:59:05.343):{0x20BC} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::FilterChangeNotification - COM Exception: Code = 80131501, WCode = 0000, Code meaning = Unknown error 0x80131501, Source = <none>
[30588] (06/28 07:59:05.343):{0x20BC} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::FilterChangeNotification -    Description = <none>
[30587] (06/28 11:27:59.177):{0x2138} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::smileytongue:rocessRequest - COM Exception: Code = 80131501, WCode = 0000, Code meaning = Unknown error 0x80131501, Source = <none>
[30588] (06/28 11:27:59.177):{0x2138} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::smileytongue:rocessRequest -    Description = <none>
[30587] (06/28 11:28:41.616):{0x1AD8} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::smileytongue:rocessRequest - COM Exception: Code = 80131501, WCode = 0000, Code meaning = Unknown error 0x80131501, Source = <none>
[30588] (06/28 11:28:41.616):{0x1AD8} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::smileytongue:rocessRequest -    Description = <none>
[30587] (06/28 11:28:41.741):{0x1AD8} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::FilterChangeNotification - COM Exception: Code = 80131501, WCode = 0000, Code meaning = Unknown error 0x80131501, Source = <none>
[30588] (06/28 11:28:41.741):{0x1AD8} {aaa@aaa.com} CBBCalendar::FilterChangeNotification -    Description = <none>

So I did some digging and found this in MAGT

[30587] (06/28 11:28:41.616):{0x185C} {aaa@aaa.com} EwsOperations::smileytongue:rocessRequest - COM Exception: Code = 80131501, WCode = 0000, Code meaning = Unknown error 0x80131501, Source = System.Web.Services
[30588] (06/28 11:28:41.616):{0x185C} {aaa@aaa.com} EwsOperations::smileytongue:rocessRequest -    Description = An internal server error occurred.
[40000] (06/28 11:28:41.616):{0x185C} {aaa@aaa.com} Unable to process message with EntryId=10816980, LongTermEntryId=10817031 in GetInvitationInfo

On all the other mailboxes I've tried the calendar test returns success in iemstest and ewstest.

Anyone got any ideas?

Re: Exchange Web Services calendar problem

is this just a normal user with no extra rights on the domain?

might have to use ASDI edit to compare with a working account

Re: Exchange Web Services calendar problem

Did you ever resolve your issue? Switching from exchange to google apps and having same errors on new BES server. Email is flowing fine.

Re: Exchange Web Services calendar problem

Nope - switched back to MAPI. Have been considering trying again as have just updated our Exchange servers with the latest hotfixes but no urgency so no timeline to try again.

Re: Exchange Web Services calendar problem

See if this helps

Insufficient CALHelperWS permissions result in errors in CALH log
