What features have gone away that you need?

And yes, your thought is right, accessing information is so much faster, using the universal search it's all just one tap and search away.

how about filing emails in your sent items box?

or showing your folders in alphabetical order in stead of chronological order (why? why??? who would prefer that?!!)

or the rediculous calling 'short'cut keys (i.e. only allowing a phone 'short'cut after going into a sub-menu of a menu)?

I open my Hub > tap the botton search icon > start typing the name of the sender or subject or ANY word in an email, and they begin to appeaer in the list. So easy.

Open your FileManager app > tap the three dots icon > Sort by ... etc. see this screen and the sort options.

Hi JSanders,

thanks for your efforts to help me out. However, I meant something slightly different.

I am trying to 1) remove emails from my sent items and put them into e-mail folders A, B, or C. (When I am in any other e-mail folder I have the option to move a mail into another file; only in the sent items that function has been omitted.)

And 2) I want my e-mail folders A, B and C to show up in that order. Not in the order A, C, B, just because B was the latest one created.

Would you know any tricks for that? I am using my corporate e-mail address and on previous, older, BBs this never was a problem (nor on any other handheld device or e-mail program I ever used).

Francis, is this a corporate email on a BES10 server?

So, your email server is IMAP?

I see you have a "why?" besides your "My Carrier" in your profile. The reason is that placing that information in your profile will normally help another users her assess and answer a question IF the stated issue is something related to the mobile provider. Different mobile providers can often present different solutions to an issue, such as in the US where there are GSM and CDMA network providers. The answer to an issue may be realized easily knowing if that users is ATT, Tmobibile or Verizon.

Re: Filing folders in Alpha order

That's sad really. I like to have many different options to chose from when considering a purchase, but if BB keep on torturing their customer base by crippling the email function (which is, let's face it, BB's primary USP), the company will quickly go the way of the Dodo...
