Free Busy calendar Scheduling data unavailable

[ Edited ]

Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this.

We have two Organization with Exchange Server 2003 SP2 each site. the BES 5.0 server is installed on the Organization1. Users in Organization1 can view the Free busy Calendar. the problem is when we tried to view the free busy calender of the users in Organization2 it shows data unavailable.  i was thinking if this is a permission issue so i use the BES admin account to login in a box with Office outllook 2003. i tried to view the free busy schedule in outlook i can see the available schedule of the users in Organization2. so meaning this is not a permission issue. i look at the logs i can see these:

"

[45092] (05/27 01:33:49.575):{0x2238} {User.Name@Company.com} Retrieving User Availability data, User=/o=FIRST Organization/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=USERMAILBOX, Start=Wed May 12 12:00:00 2010,  End=Wed May 26 12:00:00 2010, TransactionId=64

Any help?
