Hi,

we are using GroupWise with an Archiving solution and Stubbing. The big problem we have is that all stubs are send to the BB devices as new messages.

Is it possible to filter those messages on the BES server, because there are criterias which could identify stubs, like the subtype of the message etc. .

Since there was no solution from RIM or Novell to this issue we developed a proxy service which intercepts the SOAP communication between BES and our Groupwise post offices.

It is then marking stubs by changing the subject so that they can be filtered out on the BES easily.

Why RIM does not provide a simple switch to ignore stubs is still unclear since the stubs are easy to identify in the SOAP communication.
