We have Blackberry server and a sub certificate server

Blackberry phones not getting emails, blackberry server delivery service failing

Handsetsdisplay Service not avalible under enrollment details

Yes we are on voda and found out after an hour or two of looking into issue.

Can you advise of how best to keep upto date of such events with service providers? How did you find out?
