We are using BES5.0 and Exchange 2010 in our prod env.
Days ago we got a problem is, BB can't send email but can receive.
So, due to the issue, we want to setup some kind of monitoring, here is the idea:
Setup a testing user account on BES, then make script use this user to send email through BES, final deliver to mailbox, if mailbox got the email, then fine, if nothing got, then script think the delivery has some problem.
But, the problem is, i don't know if there any API and command tools i can use in the script to send email through BES, does anybody owns any idea?
Thanks for your help!

after some research, here is my idea.
use bb device subject line command <$Confirm,RemoveOnDelivery> balabala.
and make a script send testing email to several BB devices, then, script wait for mins, and use exchange 2010 powershell command search delivery report, see if the BB devices replied any emails.
i think it can be done, but a little complex. not cool

usually sending issues are due to permissions when installing BES or you are on an older Service Pack that has this issue.
We rarely have this issue. maybe a few times a year and an activiation usually cures it unless the user turn off redirection.
Send a message from your email account to the users on BES with this in subject line works well.
<$confirm,removeondelivery> Test BES 123
I do it from outlook for those times a user complains.
To make it automated you will need to do some scripting or maybe the BRK might have some tools for it.
