Hi,

I just joined a new firm and when I asked for my ipad and iPhone to be setup to receive Microsoft outlook emails/calendars etc, their IT Department told me they couldn't because they use a BES system.

Does anyone know of any work-arounds or maybe upgrades or maybe plug-ins that Blackberry have that will enable me to link in.

BES doesn't prevent you to have company emails on your iPhone. It is rather a company policy that only allows Blackberries to get company emails. This mostly done because Blackberries are considered more secure than iPhones.

So if your company doesn't allow it there is no workaround.

BlackBerry Mobile Fusion does support ithings with UDS. BES does not at this time.

many Law Firms do not allow anything but BlackBerry for security purposes. IOS and Android are not secure by design.
