IEMTEST UTILITY

Hi

 

I am new to BlackBerry and am having a lot of trouble, when I run the IEMTEST ustility everything works until the last line where it report "No Send As permissions for the <bes_account> account operator. I am running BES 5.0 with Exchange 2007 I have checked the permissions and they all seem right.

I have run the command and all seems OK as when I go tot the AD object  I see the service account applied to BlackBerry users with Send AS permissions. Beow is a Power Shell Output

If you look in the ALRT log do you see any send failures / other errors?

go to the location of the logs and open up the one with ALRT in the name.  Look for a MAPI / permissions error ... some error code in the form of 0x0800xxxx or the likes.
