IP Address change stopped the web console working

Hello All, I've change the IP address of my BES 5.03 server.

The inbound / outbound flow of email is working fine after the change but the web management GUIs are not available (Administration / Monitoring / Desktop Manager) since the IP change.

I've restarted the Blackberry Administartion Service, but still no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Regards

Simon

Re: IP Address change stopped the web console working

Did you reboot BES so your DNS server is updated?

you should be able to access BAS via IP still

Re: IP Address change stopped the web console working

Knotty is right. Odds are when you created it, you created a BAS Pool DNS name. Go into DNS (you likely created a static entry) and update the associated IP.
