Inbox or Mailbox Folder not appear in some users Groupwise 5.0.1

Some users, if you go to the folder redirection the Inbox or Mailbox Folder not appear in. But, some users can receive mails and others not.

 

I already check this http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB11172#1

 

and could check that the user is Subscribed Folders = 2: Mailbox, Sent Item.

 

Ideas?
