After one of our users received a new BB model (9360) the items he deletes from his BB don't disappear from Outlook. I see a lot of posts about issues that happen the other way around, but mails he deletes in Outlook properly delete from his BB.
I've checked his settings, they were OK. I was temporarily able to solve the issue by setting "delete on: Prompt", saving, then "delete on: both", save. A mail sent to his BB, then deleted, disappeared from Outlook as well.
This temporary solution was implemented about 2 weeks ago. He went abroad, now he reports having the same issue again. I'd like to find a permanent solution.
He's the only user amongst 50+ BES 188.8.131.52 users having this problem.

mail server version and OS?
BES OS version?
if using exchange what version of CDO is installed?
Thats an old version of BES, I would apply SP3 to it and it contains over 2 years worth of fixes.
