I'm sorry if this is a simple question but I'm really getting frustrated. I changed the maximum size of the daily log files under Blackberry Domain, Component View, Logging for all the components but the main one I'm concerned with is the Mailbox Agent. Now in all the docs I've read it says "restart the components that contain the logging settings that you changed."
My problem is I don't see 'Mailbox Agent" in component view so how do I restart it? I see the email component but nothing about message agent and there is no restart instance under it anyway. Is it a service I need to restart? I checked the registry and it's still set to the old value. Could someone tell me what I need to restart to enable the new message logging values.
