Trying to setup a Z10 on our new BES10 server... it activated fine but no e-mail synch, I think it's an issue with SSL... so I disabled SSL on the e-mail profile... but the Z10 doesn't seem to be getting the updated profile. Is there a way to manually re-send the e-mail profile to the device? How long is it supposed to take to synch (if at all?)? Or do I have to delete the workspace on the device and re-activate?
Been waiting 30 minutes now and it still has the old settings... this is ridiculous... it's the only Z10 on the BES too.

mine worked in a few minutes once I set the mail profile
