Message not erasing from Outlook

I setup the Enterprise server and it went very smoothly - thank to the excellent documentation.

 

The 1st Blackbery, a storm, synchronizes well but when I delete a message from the HH, it does'nt delete from the exchange server/outlook.

 

I set the Hard delete to True, restarted the BlackBerry server, outlook deletes are removed from the HH but not the opposite. Messages deleted from the HH are still in outlook after now 20hours...

 

I know some users won't like it at all :-)

 

Any ideas?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

 

To my understanding, Hard Deletes are good to use (IMO), but they have nothing to do with the problem at hand. Rather, check the Email Reconciliation settings on the BB to make sure they are set properly. Failing that, delete and re-add the device from BES.
