Does everyone here pay for T-Support on the Mobile Fusion server? I'm guessing most people are adding it to their BES CAL count in order to cover it?
I've been purchasing annual licenses for UDS, and it bothers me that even server support isn't included in this cost. I don't have T-Support for BES because we have experienced admins in house, but I find myself constantly finding bugs, problems, and over aggravations with Mobile Fusion that I would like to get reported. I've attempted to notify tech support, but I was very bluntly told "buy support", or we don't want to hear it.
Not looking to start a flame war here, I'm just trying to figure out how RIM justifies these things? UDS is half of what many other MDM products are, and yet the prices are on the high end if you actually want support.
