Moving BES Enterprise Server to a new server

Hi,

We will be moving our BES Enterprise Server to a new server and will probably be using the transport tool. I udnerstand that we need to use a temporary SRP. How do I obtain one for over 100 users? On the BES trial page it only allows for 20 users - https://www.blackberry.com/eBES/trialOrderEntryForm.do

Thanks

Re: Moving BES Enterprise Server to a new server

T Support is not from T-Mobile, its from RIM itself.

And SRP does not contain any CALs, it containts only the Server license. You can move your BES CALs over to the new BES, but keep in mind that it is not allowed to have them on more than one server at the same time.

Why not using the HA feature Knotty mentioned?

HA is a great way to do this and many have done it this way.
