Hi all.
Ive been tasked with getting our CRM contacts onto our Blackberry Bold 9780 v6.0.0.668 devices. The simplest way it seemed was to export the CRM contacts to a public folders address book and then use BES to sync with the BB devices.
This was untill I came across the fact we could not seperate the contacts into multiple contact lists on the BB. So they user would be faced with a contact list of about 10,000 people before they even added their personal contacts on.
BUT a small snippet from KB18080 says:
To view any of the other contact lists, perform the following steps to configure the BlackBerry smartphone:
Am I taking this out of context? What im trying to see if infact this information is correct as I cant see this folder on my BB??
Ive ruled out categories as end users wouldnt forget to change this.
Any other recommended actions?

did you add the folder after activation? if yes you will have to enable the subfolders in BAS first so it wiill sync to device.
codetwo has a way to sync contacts folder to many users, we did this to distribute contacts from our personnel list.

Thank you for the reply. The contact from the lists are on the phone but they do not show in seperate contact lists. All contacts from multiple exhange contact lists show in the main contacts area.
We already have plans to use the code two exchange with our iphones to sync public contacts etc.
