Multiple images in email

Hello Everyone,

I have a manger with a 9700 that takes pictures of jobs his staff have done out on site and he wants to transfer them onto our servers as a record of the job.

The company IT policy is a tight one, users PC's have USB access disallowed, so he can't plug his BB into his PC. We have no WiFi access to our network either.

The only solution I've found that that works with our policy is to email the pictures to his own email address and save the attachments.

I've upgraded his OS to V6 and I can select multiple pictures but if I press the BlackBerry button and choose Send -> Email, only the first picture shows up as an attachment. What's even more frustrating is that as soon as the OS upgrade was complete, I tested it and it worked. I've also used a 9900 to send multiple pictures with no problem.

Apologies for the lengthy explenation, and my thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to reply.

Regards,

bbITGuy.

Re: Multiple images in email

I just tried it on my 9860 and they were sent.

Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.

What OS are you on? On your device, type in a new message MYVER and a space after to see and report back please.
