Yes you are correct the telnet command is telnet au.srp.blackberry.com 3101

It works fine from the DMZ - BES Router.

also the tool to test the port 3101 connectivity is successful - bbsrptest.exe -host au.srp.blackberry.com 3101

The SRP Connection is successful after updating the SRP Address to DMZ BES Router FQDN Name

SRP information

SRP ID:S75401358SRP status:Connected

but when i try to create the user on BDS the I am getting error message as "

BlackBerry Device Service was unable to register this activation password with the BlackBerry Infrastructure.

Do you want to create the user and save the activation password without registering with the BlackBerry Infrastructure?"

There are no errors in event log of BES server and BES Router.

Any other steps to be followed to point the BDS server to BES Router.

Hello, have you added licenses to the server? If so, I would call bes support. My bes support is our carrier and they can escalate to BBRY if needed.
